Orgain Building Supply is in search of the ugliest, oldest, tackiest kitchen. Is this your kitchen or someone you know? Let us turn your ugly kitchen into a brand new gorgeous kitchen!!

To apply, fill out the form below with at least 3 photos and a short description of why we should pick your kitchen as our “Ugly Kitchen Contest” winner. Please print your name, email and phone number on the back of each picture. All entries must be turned in by May 1, 2011.

OFFICIAL RULES:

1. Eligibility

There is a maximum of one entry per household. The contest is open to legal residents within 50 miles of Montgomery County who are 18 years of age at the time of entry and who owns their own home. Employees and their immediate family are not eligible to win.

2. How To Enter

a. Complete an entry form at our store.

b. Bring us at least three (3) photos of your current kitchen, each photo a different/angle perspective.

c. Please label all photos with your name and phone number on the back.

d. Write a short essay explaining why you are the deserving winner of a new kitchen.

e. All entries must be turned in by May 1, 2011. A panel of judges will announce the winner on May 13, 2011.

3. Prizes

The Grand Prize is $10,000 dollars towards a new kitchen. This includes a selection of Masterbrand cabinets,

a Level 1 granite countertop and a selection of tile. Final selections are made at the discretion of the designer. Plumbing and structural alterations are not included. By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner expressly agrees to to release and hold harmless the sponsor from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses arising during the contest.

4. Tax Responsibilities

Contest winner is responsible for all taxes: state, local and federal. Contest winner will be billed by Orgain Building Supply and must pay for the sales tax on the total value of their winnings. The contest winner will be required to provide Orgain Building Supply with their social security number so OBS can 1099 the contest winner for the total value of their winnings, ! !

I hereby acknowledge that (1)I have fully read and understand the official rules for the “Ugly Kitchen Contest” and I agree to be bound by all eligibility requirements; (2) I have answered the previous questions honestly and accurately; (3) If any of the above information is found to be false or misleading, this will be grounds for dismissal from the “Ugly Kitchen Contest” selection process and/or winning the Grand Prize, if selected; (4) I give Orgain Building Supply the right to use the pictures and contest form for their discretional future without any royalties expected in return; (5) All decisions by the judges concerning selection of the participants are final and are not subject to challenge or appeal.
